The profile and facilitation help participants to learn about their own DiSC behavioral style and to identify and better understand the styles of their co-workers. Best of all, they learn practical tips on how to adjust their own style in order to build more effective relationships. The session ends with each associate building his or her own action plan. This allows for a valuable follow up component!

If an organization has already introduced DiSC Management by this point, it becomes the ideal next step. It’s critical that managers buy in and learn about importance of implementing DiSC as a strategic tool. This is where theory actually turns into practice!

When we’re asked by an organization, where do we start with Everything DiSC, we typically recommend Everything DiSC Management. It just makes sense. Equipping your team with the tools to understand their own management style and to identify and better understand the styles of their associates is critical. Then they learn how to adapt their styles to better delegate, motivate and develop their individual employees. They even learn to work more effectively with their own boss. Like all the other programs, they leave with individually crafted action plans. 

The next step is almost always to have the individual teams to complete Everything DiSC Workplace. Another group may move forward with a leadership program. And a sales team benefits from Everything DiSC Sales. There’s so much to be gained by moving the “language” forward!

We’ll never be able to totally eliminate conflict from the workplace–nor should we! The goal is to harness the power of productive conflict by improving self-awareness around conflict behaviors.

This half-day program provides participants with a step-by-step process to assist them in curbing destructive behaviors so that conflict can become more productive. This is an ideal solution for a team which has no previous DiSC knowledge or one that fully understands the power of Everything DiSC. In the end they will experience improvement in workplace results and relationships!

How do you identify and groom that next group of leaders? Here’s an excellent foundation for any leadership development program. Participants use the DiSC concept as a foundation to learn how to Craft a Vision, Gain Alignment and Champion Execution. Depending on their experience and style they will likely have strengths and challenges in varying areas. The best part is that when you facilitate this as a team, they naturally begin to understand and appreciate different styles, as they work to grow their own skillsets. It often results in greater retention of your future leaders and builds a greater loyalty among the team. 

As the leader develops, the next logical step is to assess how they are being perceived in their role. The 363 for Leaders profile allows them an opportunity to gain awareness and coaching based on ratings by their leader, peers, direct reports and others. Imagine how beneficial this may be!

It’s not for the “faint at heart,” however many successful leaders have found that a 360 degree assessment has benefited them greatly in their leadership growth. That’s what this solution offers…and more! 

Leaders may receive anonymous ratings from their leader, their peers, their direct reports and another customized group. Being individually coached on understanding the different perceptions by group, helps them to recognize any leadership gaps. They are even given customized suggestions for improvement. They may narrow in on the meanings by studying the various rater comments. (Raters choose from specific comment options, so that no one comment becomes recognizable.)

We typically hear that the leaders find this is an excellent developmental tool. Even those that may have experienced other 360 degree instruments, comment that these are more “on point,” actionable and eliminate some of the natural bias.
